Recent LAMDA grad Leah Harvey looks set to have a bright future ahead after bagging a lead role in Michael Winterbottom's On The Road.

The film, which debuted at this year's London Film Festival and is yet to have a release date, is a fictionalised love story set against the real backdrop of band Wolf Alice’s UK tour. The role saw the east London born actress show off her improvisation skills as well as her own impressive musical abilities. Now the talented newcomer - who only graduated in July - can currently be seen in Phyllida Lloyd's all-female Donmar Shakespeare Trilogy; three plays staged in a 13-week season at King's Cross Theatre.
